FIRST SOLUTION
jumper the blue line to display's 5th track

SECOND SOLUTION
writeflash new version file

THIRD AND FINAL SOLUTION
remove the old lcd and fix new lcd. it will work defenetly.

    not a picture only. first u do displays 5th track jumper. then mobile is dead do flash.
    continue same problem u change new lcd mobile is confirmly ready. all the best
